Our warehouse is distributed directly by DHL to shorten shipping times. To ensure that your gift arrives before Christmas, please note the following times:
Within Germany
All orders received by 20.12.2023 - 18:00 can be considered for Christmas shipping.
Within Europe
All orders that are received by 18.12.2023 - 18:00 can be considered for Christmas shipping.
Returns
Orders placed in the month of December have a return period of 4 weeks (discount goods excluded).
To register a return, simply send us a short e-mail to info@knitido.de and we will send you a label as soon as possible.
