In which size should I buy the socks?
The socks are available in sizes 35-38, 39-42 and 43-46. When choosing, take your shoe size as a guide. If you have an in-between size, normally choose the smaller size. If you have extremely long, strong or wide toes, choose the larger size.
How long are the socks?
The toe socks are mid-calf, the shaft has a length measured from the heel fold of
- 17cm for size 35-38
- 19cm for size 39-42
- 20.5cm for size 43-46.
Are the socks suitable for neurodermatitis sufferers, diabetics or people with varicose veins?
A blanket answer is not possible due to the different manifestations and stages of the diseases. Therefore, please consult your specialist before wearing them.
Do the socks slip?
The socks are knitted so that they do not slip. However, depending on the shape of the calf, the diameter and the skin condition of the calf, the socks may slip.
Don't the socks use any rubber at all?
The socks do not use elastic in the cuff to keep the socks up. We do, however, require an elastic polyurethane thread that is processed in parallel with the normal cotton thread throughout the sock to make the sock elastic.
Is there anything to keep in mind when cleaning?
You can wash them socks up to 60°C. For washing machines that like to eat left or right socks, we recommend using a laundry bag. Please do not put in the dryer, do not dry clean.
How long do the socks last?
Knitido® Essentials Relax are knitted with a sturdy construction cotton thread and reinforced with a scaffold bevel made of nylon . With proper care and use, they last just as long as regular cotton socks.
