Socks with elastic bands leave a lasting impression. Not a pretty sight and not a good feeling. And on top of that, the band constricts blood flow, legs and feet become heavy, and you feel permanently uncomfortable.
Socks should simply warm, clothe, and protect the foot. Without constricting the calf or impairing our well-being. Normally, you shouldn't notice the socks at all - at best, they should make you feel like you can fly.
That's why Knitido® developed the patented Yubilax knitting process in Japan, which allows the shaft to fit loosely and ensures undisturbed well-being.
Knitido® Relax comfort toe socks are without elastic and have a stretchy, ribbed comfort shaft. The unique knitting method gently distributes pressure over the entire surface of the calf. No constriction, no pressure, no itching - pure relaxation.
Of the many toe socks that Knitido has in its range, the Fußrelax are particularly close to our hearts. They are not a visually striking product, but they have a unique feel. You will...
… stay relaxed all day long, thanks to the new, carefree wearing experience.
… never have to force yourself to put on socks again. Erase the word elastic band from your vocabulary.
Knitido® Relax are a simple way to put an end to unpleasant elastic bands. Exchange your frustration and discomfort for a light, carefree wearing experience - and enjoy the things that really matter again without worries.
What size should I buy the socks in?
The socks are available in sizes 35-38, 39-42 and 43-46. When choosing, use your shoe size as a guide. If you have an intermediate size, normally choose the smaller size. If you have extremely long, strong or wide toes, choose the larger size.
How long are the socks?
The toe socks are mid-calf, the shaft has a length of, measured from the heel fold
Are the socks suitable for people with neurodermatitis, diabetes or varicose veins?
A general answer is not possible due to the different characteristics and stages of the diseases. Please consult your doctor before wearing them.
Do the socks slip?
The socks are knitted so that they do not slip. Depending on the shape of the calf, the diameter and the skin condition of the calf, the socks may slip.
Do the socks not use any rubber at all?
The socks do not use an elastic band in the cuff to hold the socks up. However, we use an elastic polyurethane thread, which is processed in parallel with the normal cotton thread throughout the sock to make the sock elastic.
Is there anything to consider when cleaning?
You can wash the socks up to 60°C. For washing machines that like to eat left or right socks, we recommend using a laundry bag. Please do not tumble dry or dry clean.
How long do the socks last?
Knitido® Essentials Relax are knitted with a robust cotton thread and reinforced with a nylon frame thread. With proper care and correct use, they last just as long as normal cotton socks.
All Knitido® toe socks are knitted to fit your foot shape as closely as possible.
So they feel comfortable all day long and your feet can move naturally.
"Normal" socks are usually knitted starting from the cuff and sewn together at the toes - which can be very uncomfortable.
At Knitido® it's the other way around: we start knitting at the toes to get by without any seams. That's why our toe socks always feel so comfortable.
A fit that has been studied down to the last detail and the separated toes help to protect your feet.
Especially between the toes you have the pleasant effect that the toes cannot rub against each other.
Moisture cannot accumulate so easily in toe socks.
What does that mean?
Where there is no moisture, no germs can develop - which are responsible for the unpleasant odor. Feet stay clean and dry for longer.
In toe socks, your feet can move much more freely and are still well protected.
More flexible toes are better supplied with blood and stay warm. At the same time, the areas between the toes are nice and dry so that no sweat can accumulate.
This means: toe socks are great in cold weather - and also in warm weather.
Feet that can move freely and naturally have stronger muscles and are less prone to misalignment.
With toe socks you are taking the first step in the right direction: wear them in shoes that leave enough room for your toes and you will notice how your health improves in the long run - not only your feet, but also your back and joints will thank you.
