Toe slippers for the whole family
Designing Knitido Home toe socks was also something special for us. The idea was to create toe socks for the home - toe socks for the whole family. They had to be naturally warm and robust at the same time. An ABS coating should protect against slipping. And a harmonious, timeless design was needed.

The right yarn
For the yarn, we opted for a cozy, warming blend of New Zealand merino wool and cashmere. The socks are soft, very comfortable and do not scratch the skin. At the same time, they are thick, as you would expect from house socks. As wool is a delicate material, but house socks have to withstand a lot, we have synthetically reinforced the yarn.
The right care
Please note that wool is a delicate material by nature. Our socks are reinforced with synthetic yarns, but careful handling and proper care are still very important.
The toe socks are washable up to 30°C, we recommend a wool wash cycle and wool detergent. These toe socks are made larger and then shrunk using hot air. As a rule, they do not shrink any further during washing. Laundry bags protect them from voracious washing machines. Do not iron or tumble dry. Wash inside out, remove the toes from the inside of the socks before washing if necessary. Caution: Never cut the threads inside the socks.
