How to return unwanted Christmas gifts.
The gift wasn't right after all? Guessed the wrong size?
Don't worry: For purchases in December 2022, the withdrawal period is 30 days (excluding discounted goods).
How to register a return:

Contact us briefly by email at info@knitido.de or via our contact form.

You will receive a return slip and a DHL label to print out by email.

Place the return slip in the package and attach the label. You can drop off your return at any DHL collection point.

As soon as the return has been processed by us, the purchase amount will be refunded to you.
Support times over Christmas
Between the holidays we are also taking a short break and will not always be available by phone.
In urgent cases, simply send us an email with the note "URGENT" or leave us a voice message. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
