The gift was nothing? The size not guessed right?
Don't worry: For purchases made in December 2022, the cancellation period is 30 days (discount merchandise excluded).
This is how you register a return:

Please contact us via email to info@knitido.de or via our contact form.

You will receive a return bill and a label from DHL to print out by mail.

Put the return bill in the package and apply the label. You can drop off your return at any DHL acceptance point.

As soon as the return has been processed by us, the purchase amount will be refunded to you.
Support hours over Christmas
Between the holidays we also take a little break and are not always available by phone.
In urgent cases, simply write us an email with the note "URGENT" or leave us a voice message. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
